2010 Interns (l-r): Derek Wheeler (Franklin County), Keedra Reeves (Shelby County), Malika Washington (Lincoln County),  Kane Reeves (Madison County).


Derek Wheeler

Derek Wheeler is a graduate of Alabama A&M University. He received his Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Science in May 2010. He is a 2005 graduate of Buckhorn High School in New Market, Alabama where he was active in FFA, Basketball, and Track. Franklin County is providing Mr. Wheeler's internship experience this summer.
Keedra Reeves

Keedra Reeves is completing a Bachelors Degree in Animal Science at North Carolina A&M State College. She graduated from Hoffman Estates High School in 2005. Keedra also hopes to attain her Masters degree in rural development and help low developing areas in the United States and abroad. Ms. Reeves is working this summer in Shelby County.
Malaika Washington

Malaika Washington graduated from Alabama A&M University in May of 2010 with a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Business Management. She is a 2006 graduate of Livingston High School. Ms Washington will complete her internship in Lincoln County this summer.
Kane Reeves Kane Reeves is currently an Education major at Jackson State Community College and expects to graduate from UT Martin in May 2010. He graduated from Liberty Technology Magnet High School in 2007. He has been very active in 4-H for the past nine years as a volunteer leader. With his degree in Education he wants to pass on his knowledge and experiences gained through 4-H to other young people. He will be working this summer in Madison County.
