Forms for HR128 Training Credit

The human resources policy, HR 128, provides for each UT employee to receive a minimum of 32 hours of training annually. Links to further information and credit forms are provided below. Extension forms should be processed through normal administrative channels and sent to Extension Evaluation & Staff Development rather than directly to Employee & Organizational Development. Please contact Herb Byrd if you have questions.
