2018 Master Gardener Classes

If you are looking for an opportunity to learn more about gardening, make friends or find a volunteer opportunity in our community—then the Master Gardener program may be for you!
Training  will begin on  February 3 and continue through May 1.  
Most classes will be held Tuesdays evenings with some Saturday classes and activities.
You will be taught a wide variety of horticultural topics including:
    Botany ~ Pest & Disease Identification & Controls ~ Vegetable Gardening ~  Gardening Education ~ Rain Gardens ~ Beekeeping Fundamentals ~
Fruit Tree & Shrub Care ~ Organic Gardening Methods  ~ Native Plants ~
Invasive Species Control ~ Lawn Care & more!
You will have the opportunity for hands-on gardening projects, lots of demonstrations and outdoor activities. Cost for the class is $150.  Classes will be taught by Extension Agents, Industry Professionals and Senior Master Gardeners. 
You don’t have to be a gardening “expert” to take this class!
All that’s needed is a love for growing, a desire to learn,
and a willingness to help others.
