COVID-19 Changes at the Market
For the health and safety of all, here is a couple of changes to
the market for 2020.
- Rutherford County
Farmers Market is requiring all vendors and customers to wear masks and recommends gloves to be worn as well at this time.
- Vendors Temperatures will be checked and logged on each market day.
- A limited number of
customers will be allowed in the market at a time.
- The number of vendors
that are allow to sell at the market will be limited.
- Vendors will be
accepting cashless payment such as Venmo, Cashapp and etc. to limit
the exchange of cash.
- Vendors will be spaced
at least six feet apart and will be required to have at least two people
working each booth and to clean between each customer.
- Customers are being
asked not to touch produce.
- Automatic hand
sanitation stations will be setup throughout the market.
- Concessions will not be available at this time. Please plan accordingly.
- Carts will NOT be provided by the market at this time. Bring your own cart.
- Terrific Tuesday cards will not be distributed till further notice.

Market Hours: Tuesdays and Fridays from 7am to Noon.
Market runs 2nd Friday in May through the end of October.
We accept credit, debit, and EBT payments at the market!
In July and August, many of our farmers accept WIC Farmers' Market Vouchers.
The Rutherford county Farmers' Market is a Producer-Only Farmers Market located in the indoor/open air Community Center at the Lane Agri-Park in Murfreesboro.
Market vendors hail from over 20 Middle TN counties and sell a wide variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, meats, eggs, baked and canned goods, flowers, plants and more!
