Town of Livingston / Overton County Farmer's Market 
Rules and Regulations
- Permits are required and available by the Town of Livingston and can be picked up at Livingston City Hall (301 McHenry Circle)
- Producers may offer for sale fresh produce with no special TDA permits required.
- Items such as honey, eggs, farm fresh frozen meats, baked goods, etc. may be sold only if producers meet Tennessee Department of Agriculture(TDA) requirements
- No Commercial produce dealers or vendors
Fees:
- Daily $2 (county residents) $4 (non-county residents)
- Monthly $30 (county residents) $60 (non-county residents)
- Yearly $75 (county residents) $150 (non-county residents)
- Stall space is first come basis - ONE STALL PER PERMIT
- No live animals or fresh meat
- No alcoholic beverages or illegal substances are to be used at the market by any vendor or staff member. No offensive language or behavior will be tolerated.
