Research Survey for Horse Owners:

Do you own or lease a horse or other equid? Are you the owner of an equine facility?

The University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture is conducting a research survey to determine how the COVID-19 pandemic has impacted the equine industry and individual's willingness to pay for goods and services. This information is very important to us so we can better understand how the equine industry may be impacted by alterations caused by the pandemic.

Individuals that own or lease a horse or other equid, and/or own an equine facility are invited to participate. Participants must over the age of 18, living in the United States. Research survey participation is voluntary and you may exit the survey at any time.  There are no known risks to you for participating.

The Master Gardener Program is offered by The University of Tennessee Extension.
The purpose of the Master Gardener program is to train citizens as horticultural-educated volunteers of The University of Tennessee Extension and the Tennessee State Cooperative Extension Program. Volunteers work in partnership with their counties to expand the educational outreach by providing home gardeners with researched-based information.
These volunteers, Extension Master Gardeners, support the Extension Service by:

·         answering phone requests for horticultural information
·         establishing and maintaining demonstration gardens
·         working with the handicapped, youth, the elderly, and other community groups
·         designing and implementing community involvement projects
·         coordinating local Master Gardener training programs
