Students use a 4 feet wide x 2 feet deep science tri-fold board to exhibit a project they conducted. Exhibit must be able to stand alone and convey a complete message. Student will have up to two minutes to explain their exhibit.
 
TOPIC
May show how to do something, explain more about something, and may give audience/judges visual proof pertaining to what you have done in your project (example including photos). The demonstration must fall within subject matter related to one or more of the 26+ project areas within 4-H Youth Development programming.
 
EXHIBITOR
Should be neat and well groomed, with good posture enthusiasm, clear distinct voice, while using correct English.
 
ORAL EXPLANATION
Main points clearly stated with practical questions answered accurately.
The presenter will be allowed an up to 2 minutes explanation of their exhibit followed by questions from the judges.
 
EXHIBIT  
Appearance Artistic – neat, well-balanced, and easy to read
Message is grasped quickly with one central theme, tells story clearly while subject matter is accurate and worthwhile. Creativity: Original ideal, freshness in presentation
