
Even though we are Safer-At-Home during the COVID-19 outbreak, that doesn't mean we can't get moving! Exercise is considered an "essential activity", and for good reason. Physical activity improves our heart health, muscular health, and mental well-being.
Then, maintain a daily workout routine for 7 days. It should include:
- Perfect Pushup (2 mins)
- Curl-up (2 mins)
- Sit and Reach
- Pacer Test (65 feet)
- Squat (2 mins)

at least 7 days of activity. When you've completed 7 days:
