Lessons in Health for Tennessee Youth

4-H Health Rocks! is a UT Extension program that helps 8- to 14-year-olds resist tobacco, alcohol and other drugs. “Health Rocks taught me not to do drugs and if someone asks me I know what to say to them,” said one participant. In 2013, more than 8,000 youth participants completed at least 10 hours of Health Rocks! education.
