Lloyd and Nettie Downen Leadership Enhancement Award
Due to the generosity of Dr. and Mrs. M. Lloyd Downen (former dean of Extension), a Leadership Enhancement Award was established for Extension personnel in leadership roles or those who desire to develop their leadership skills.
