Welcome . . . to the Tennessee Association of Extension 4-H Workers (TAE4-HW). "The purpose of TAE4-HW is to advance the professional status of The University of Tennessee (UT) and Tennessee State University (TSU) Extension personnel involved in 4-H work."

The objectives of TAE4-HW are:

 • To encourage professional improvement and improve professionalism among its members
• To provide a medium for the exchange of ideas and methods as they relate to 4-H programs
• To promote cooperation among all Extension workers and strengthen the total Extension program
